This policy is based on Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
Inquiry form
When you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your company, your work e-mail and the description of what you need. If you provide them, we also receive the preferred condition of the hardware (new or refurbished) and how you found us. We also record the page and language from which the request was sent.
We use this data only to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare an offer. The form sends your request by e-mail to our address contact@yomosystems.com, hosted by Hostinger. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that may follow.
If you e-mail us directly, we use your address and the content of your message in the same way, only to reply to you.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party content (videos, maps, social media). Fonts are hosted on our own server. Like any web server, our hosting provider may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) to keep the site secure and running.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, e-mail us at contact@yomosystems.com. You can also file a complaint with the Moroccan data protection authority (CNDP): cndp.ma.
